Project Vitae is a company supporting the development of education and social initiatives both in Poland and abroad. It implements projects integrating formal and non-formal education, developing the skills of youth, adults, and local communities. Project Vitae focuses on practical solutions that improve learning quality and strengthen the daily work of educators and institutions.

Who I Am
Project Vitae is created and led by Beata Mintus
Educator, researcher, and designer of social actions.
Education
I completed higher studies in European studies, international relations, and political science, where I developed knowledge in international cooperation and project management, including collaboration with the non-governmental sector.
Work
For over ten years, I have been working in the field of international educational and social projects, primarily within the Erasmus+ program. I specialize in designing social and educational activities, developing adult competencies, and in formal and informal education. I am interested in the practical integration of education, research, and technology to meet the current needs of learners and institutions.
Experience
I gained institutional experience during an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, and later working on educational projects implemented at national and international levels.
Doctorate
I am currently conducting doctoral research in sociology, focusing on social change in the digital age. Specifically, I analyze the use of digital tools in international educational projects and their potential in the work of informal caregivers of people with dementia.
In my work, I combine a scientific perspective with a practical approach to education and skill development. I support institutions, organizations, and international partnerships in creating projects that are useful, well-planned, and genuinely support the learning process at various stages of life.
Project Vitae facilitates the development of adult competencies in the spirit of lifelong learning and strengthens both school and extracurricular education.
We utilize practical work methods and digital tools that genuinely improve the quality of the learning process and support educators in their daily work.
